2025 Staff Development Day (1)

On 22 October 2025, the College organized the Staff Development Day (I) under the theme “From National Security to Inner Peace.” The programme featured a series of enriching sessions, beginning with a talk on “Artificial Intelligence and Data Security in National Education” by Mr. Lam Lok from the HKFEW. This was followed by a rejuvenating Mindfulness and Breathing Exercise led by Mr. Michael R. Su from the HKUEP. In the final session, teachers enjoyed hands-on experience of Traditional Chinese Acupressure Massage and Ba Duan Jin exercises, promoting both physical relaxation and inner harmony.
